A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team at K space Serviced Apartments as an Administrator/Bookkeeper.
With responsibility for managing the accounts for 3 companies within the group, we are looking for an experienced bookkeeper with excellent organizational skills and accuracy.
This is a permanent part time position, working 15-20 hours per week on a flexible basis.
There is an opportunity for home working or office based in our Sheffield city centre office.
Main Duties & Key Responsibilities:
Review and reconciliation of bank and credit card statements
Matching of payments and credit control for overdue accounts
Maintenance and filing of VAT returns
Administration of utility accounts for 90+ properties
Financial analysis and cost control
Liaising with external accountants to assist with preparation of statutory accounts
Good experience and working knowledge of Quickbooks Online or equivalent
Good IT skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work on own initiative
Salary negotiable based on experience and skill.
