A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team at K space Serviced Apartments as an Administrator/Bookkeeper.

With responsibility for managing the accounts for 3 companies within the group, we are looking for an experienced bookkeeper with excellent organizational skills and accuracy.

This is a permanent part time position, working 15-20 hours per week on a flexible basis. 

There is an opportunity for home working or office based in our Sheffield city centre office.

Main Duties & Key Responsibilities: 

  • Review and reconciliation of bank and credit card statements

  • Matching of payments and credit control for overdue accounts

  • Maintenance and filing of VAT returns

  • Administration of utility accounts for 90+ properties

  • Financial analysis and cost control

  • Liaising with external accountants to assist with preparation of statutory accounts

Key skills: 

  • Good experience and working knowledge of Quickbooks Online or equivalent

  • Good IT skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to work on own initiative

Salary negotiable based on experience and skill.
